Sweet lyrics and rhymes. Don't know why it got a low score. It's cause its not crazy techno stuff :P I wanna try putting this over an instrumental hiphop beat just to see how it will sound.

That piano melody is very repetitive and sounds straight off the bat random. It just sounds like it can be made by some one else in five minutes. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't stop now. Keep trying and you'll get better.
Any ways it does have a lil darker tone which I like. The only thing I can suggest is look for some good synths.

Anyways. Some of the synths sound weird and don't really fit. Like in 1:40 and afterwards, but thats preference. Hmmm did u mean percussive orchestral?
Do u play te guitars? It sent me into a state of trying to figure what im hearing, in a good way.

Haha, first off, thanks for the review. :]
SECONDLY; I tried to get the synths to sound somewhat like what strings would be like in an ensemble, but yeah, I added in the orchestral drums to keep the even flow.
And yeah, I recorded everything that wasn't drum or synth in this track, which pretty much leaves the guitar. :]

Piano's too muddy?... Eh, too much reverb. You should try to bring it out more. Then again i dont know much about ambient.
About the vocals... Just feels like your holding back a little bit. Idk, can't put my finger on it. Maybe sing it 2 keys done, or up.
Kinda like the last part a bit, interesting.
